Tickets for the 2019 SOAS African Development Forum will soon go on sale. We will promote on our social media pages and email our subscribers when they are live.
Registration: We will have registration for both student and non-student attendees. An automated email will confirm attendance at the event. If there are any issues please send a detailed email to email@example.com and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
Conference Arrival: On arrival all attendees must present a printed or digital copy of their confirmation email and an official ID to get seated at the Forum. Students who have procured student tickets will need to come with a valid student ID proving current enrolment. All those that do not will be asked to pay the remainder amount to be granted entry to the Forum.
At-Forum Tickets: Tickets have previously sold out prior to the Forum. As a result, we advice attendees to buy them before the day. For any last minute tickets, we encourage attendees to email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to arrival to confirm if there is any availability.
Refunds & Ticket Transfers: The ADF unfortunately does not conduct refunds except in the event of the cancellation of the event. Ticket Transfers are only possible with an email from the original ticket holder prior to the Forum.
